What do you get when you mix business psychology students, real talk about neurodiversity, and twofold’s leadership team in full unfiltered mode? A classroom that actually feels like the future of work.
We had the chance to step out of the office and into Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts' Intercultural Competence class, led by the brilliant Anastasiia Grynko, where we didn’t just talk inclusion, we lived it. We did what we do best: keeping it real and challenging the next gen to think bolder. Our CEO Noé and COO Marius brought lived experience to the room, swapped buzzwords for reality checks, and pushed students to go beyond performative DEI strategies taught at uni.

Why this matters:
We’re all about shaking things up, even before the next wave of decision-makers hits the boardroom. Because if we want workplaces to change, we need to start with the people who’ll be running them. This session was full of tough questions, sharp insights, and zero tolerance for BS, just the way we like it. And once again, it proved what we already believe: Inclusion isn’t charity. It’s strategy.
Shoutout to HSLU and everyone in the room, you give us hope for what’s next.
And while you are already here: This isn’t the first time we’ve broken the silence. Read more here and join the other industry leaders bringing real neurodiversity into the workforce.
