Lofties – The Swiss Baby Diaper Subscription

The Start

Lofties wanted to build more than just a diaper brand. They aspired to create a modern experience for families – one that combined premium comfort, affordability, and environmental consciousness. The challenge was clear: design a brand identity that would stand out in a sea of baby products, connect emotionally with parents (the real decision-makers), and reflect values of care, community, and sustainability. Their mission was to bring to life a brand that parents could trust, love, and feel proud to be part of.

Designing a Brand that makes Waves

From the ground up, we built Lofties’ entire brand universe. The first step was to articulate their values and tone of voice: warm, playful, caring, and community-driven, yet grounded in quality and trustworthiness.We then translated these values into a bright, modern, approachable design. One that felt premium, but not distant; stylish, but not out of reach. Beyond a logo and colour palette, we developed a comprehensive brand framework that could live consistently across every touchpoint: packaging, website, social media, and beyond.For the digital experience, we wanted to make Lofties more than a shop. The website became a multilingual, seamless e-commerce and a hub for community. Features like blogs, 3D modelled diapers, and intuitive navigation made the experience effortless, while reflecting the brand’s values of care and innovation. Besides parents subscribing to an easy monthly delivery thanks to our UX, they could discover how each purchase supports a bigger mission - a donation to charity:water through intelligent brand story telling.Finally, we developed social media assets, video content, and brand experiences that captured Lofties’ personality. Every post was designed to feel like part of a conversation with parents: authentic, engaging, and infused with the warmth of a community brand.

The Outcome

Today, Lofties is a powerhouse: a diaper brand and movement for conscious parenting. The fresh, vibrant identity resonates deeply with parents, building emotional connections through every touchpoint. The website has redefined what shopping for diapers can feel like: simple, enjoyable, and purpose driven. Social media engagement continues to grow, with parents connecting not only to the product but also to the values of care, sustainability, and giving back.What began as a blank canvas has evolved into a brand full of heart, relevance, and impact. Lofties now stands out in a crowded market, thanks to its story. And we’re proud to have built a brand that helps families feel good about their choices.
