Neuroinclusive work is expected. But most people were never taught how to do it.

We’re exploring a self-paced, online learning experience for people who want to design, lead, and communicate at work without unintentionally excluding neurodivergent people. No workshops. No keynotes. No performative inclusion. Just practical learning, on your own time.

We get asked this a lot:

Can you teach us neuroinclusion without us flying you in?

How do we move from awareness to day-to-day practice?

Is there something we can actually learn from and put into action - not just a talk you give?

If we build it, this would be:

100% online & self-paced
Designed for real work situations, not theory dumps
Focused on application, not awareness theater
Built by people who work with teams, language, and organizations every day

What it would not be:

A monologue live session
An endless Zoom Call who everyone still writes emails
No generic DEI checklists

This might be useful if you:

Design communication, products, services, or systems
Lead teams or make decisions that affect others
Work in HR, comms, leadership, strategy, or operations
Are tired of guessing what “neuroinclusive” actually means in practice
Want something you can return to, not a one-off talk
Care about inclusion but want practical guidance, not theory or checklists

This learning experience helps you...

... understand neurodiversity beyond labels and buzzwords, and recognize where exclusion quietly shows up in everyday work practices. You’ll learn how to design communication, workflows, and decisions that work for more brains - even without perfect knowledge. Most importantly, it builds confidence in how you apply neuroinclusion in practice, not just why it matters.
